La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado (CDHE) confirm\u00f3 que el video es real y abri\u00f3 la queja CDHE\/1V\/139\/2026 para investigar lo ocurrido.  <\/p>\n<p>El Ayuntamiento de Coquimatl\u00e1n tiene hasta este viernes 26 de junio para entregar un informe oficial. La CDHE dej\u00f3 claro que la tortura es inaceptable y que no debe haber lugar para torturadores en la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.  <\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el gobierno municipal asegur\u00f3 en redes que los polic\u00edas involucrados ser\u00e1n investigados y enfrentar\u00e1n consecuencias legales y administrativas.
